Post 281 Memorial Day Ceremonies

Military CemeteryMembers of Post 281, the Post 281 Honor Guard, Auxiliary Unit 281 and Squadron 281 participated in Memorial Day ceremonies at cemeteries, memorials and other locations throughout the area.

On Sunday, May 30, 2010, officers of the Post, Squadron and Unit, along with members of the Honor Guard, visited thirteen cemeteries in Gloucester Township to honor deceased veterans.

Official Memorial Day events on Monday, May 31, included ceremonies at seven township monuments before taking part in the Gloucester Twp. Memorial Day parade and ceremony.
