Vineland Vets Thanksgiving Dinner
As one of our honored traditions at Post 281, veterans from the Vineland Veterans Memorial Home traveled to the Post 281 Hall last fall for their annual Thanksgiving dinner. Visits from these men and women are always a highlight!
During their visit to our Post, they were treated to a traditional dinner of turkey, dressing, cranberry sauce, veggies and dessert,
served up by the Auxiliary and other helpers.
Music
for one and all was provided for their entertainment by Past Commander, Jim
Barrett, and his guest musicians. More than a few dancers took the floor, too.
Judging
from the smiles on everyone's faces as they left for the trip home, our special guests seemed to have had a fine time. And we're looking forward to their next visit!
