The
American Legion first sponsored a nationwide youth baseball program
in 1925. Over the years, millions of young players have taken
part in the program — having fun while developing their
skills, maintaining personal fitness, and learning the importance
of teamwork, discipline, leadership and good sportsmanship.
In New Jersey, there are two divisions of American
Legion Baseball. The Senior program is designed for Players 18
years old and under. The Junior Program is designed for players
16 years old and under.
